Kalian klik Sharing lalu linked accountnya ke 4sq kalian lalu save<br \/>\n3. Kalian klik preferences dan isi Distance Units dengan KM lalu save<br \/>\n4. Kembali ke home runkeeper lalu klik post New Activity dan keluar  beberapa aktifitas, pilih yang running lalu next&#8212;&gt; No Map&#8212;&gt;  isi durasi dengan <span style=\"color: red;\">0:30:0<\/span> distance <span style=\"color: red;\">5.10<\/span> Start time <span style=\"color: red;\">07.00<\/span> pm lalu save deh  <b><span style=\"color: blue;\">(5k Unlocked)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n5. Warm Up dan 5 Archiver itu langkahnya kembali ke no:4<br \/>\nWarp up aktivitas: Walking, Hiking.<br \/>\nWalking Isi Durasi dengan <span style=\"color: red;\">0.30:00<\/span> distance <span style=\"color: red;\">5.10 <\/span>start time untuk yg walking isi <span style=\"color: red;\">07.30<\/span> pm<br \/>\nHiking Isi Durasi dengan <span style=\"color: red;\">0.30:00<\/span> distance <span style=\"color: red;\">5.10<\/span> start time untuk yg walking isi <span style=\"color: red;\">08.00<\/span> pm <b><span style=\"color: blue;\">(Warm up unlocked)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>5 archiver lanjut ke aktivitas selanjutnya yaitu Mountain biking, Downhill, Cross country skiing<br \/>\nMountain biking Isi Durasi dengan <span style=\"color: red;\">0.30:00<\/span> distance <span style=\"color: red;\">5.10<\/span> start time untuk yg walking isi <span style=\"color: red;\">08.30<\/span> pm<br \/>\nDownhill Isi Durasi dengan <span style=\"color: red;\">0.30:00<\/span> distance <span style=\"color: red;\">5.10<\/span> start time untuk yg walking isi <span style=\"color: red;\">09.00<\/span> pm <b><span style=\"color: blue;\">(unlock deh 5 archiver)<\/span><\/b> kalo belom tambah<br \/>\nCross country skeliling Isi Durasi dengan <span style=\"color: red;\">0.30:00<\/span> distance <span style=\"color: red;\">5.10<\/span> start time untuk yg walking isi <span style=\"color: red;\">09.30<\/span> pm<\/p>\n<p>6. Masuk lagi ke setting lalu Kalian klik preferences dan isi Distance Units dengan mi lalu save.<br \/>\n7.
